Throughout the construction process TC&A will regularly meet with contractors, visit jobsites, attend progress meetings and review all periodic progress payment requests to ensure lenders are being invoiced accurately.  Detailed reports are prepared to meet your specifications to assure the fair and reasonable payment for the services and installations provided.
